The product I received looked used and there was no option to return the product. I feel extremely cheated.
I had ordered for a keyboard sleeve (large size) and had received a small size product. The order was cash on delivery and I paid 699 while receiving the first order. The order was placed after looking at the specifications as mentioned on the website and it was the company's fault to send a wrong item. The order was received on September 06 and the complaint was also raised the same day mentioning that a wrong order has been sent, however, after multiple follow-ups I received the right order today (September 19) after almost 14 days of waiting and again I had to pay 699 without which the delivery person was not ready to give the order.
So I have ended up paying twice for the mistake of the company and that too more than the MRP which is being mentioned on the website (599 for small and 699 for large). On both the occasions I have paid 699, which means a total of 1399 for the mistake of the company and not me as a customer. I would request anyone using the products of Skinmantra to not use them at all. Please issue the refund for me.
Had already given the details about my laptop but the sleeve does not fit well. It is loose
I'm not at all happy with the services. I asked to edit the text on the laptop cover, but despite asking for it repeatedly, it's not changed.
Bad services
I ordered the skin for my MacBook Pro 16inch and I could face the application issues and the material quality was also flimsy. My money is wasted. Would not recommend. Sorry.
